“As usual the Employees at Discount Tire were friendly and helpful. I was passing through town and picked up a nail. Limped my way to the tire shop. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. What’s crazy is, that the gentleman that helped me, was from the location I usually shop at, 2 hours away in Tyler. Small world. Great service at every location I’ve been too.”

“Came in for an alignment because I had prepaid for it. Unfortunately, I found out that I would need more than an alignment. The tech that reviewed my car stated that my rear control arm apparently was bent and would need replacing.I requested for the tech to show me. He did. He didn't try to convince me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable doing. He actually was concerned about making sure that I spent repairs on what was needed. I appreciated the honesty. It is clear to me that all NTB locations are not created equal. When I lived in Denton that location made dangerous errors to my newly purchased tires. It's good to know not all are the same and sad at the same time. Thank Rockwall location for restoring my confidence.”

“The good, the bad and the ugly. The good part was that I got a great deal on some all-weather tires. The bad part was that after ordering them online the tire guys made me go return them so I could re-purchase them for a new discount even though I was assured via Costco's telephone staff I would indeed get the discount without problems. But, I saved $200, so it was worth a little hassle. The ugly? Oh, that's just waiting on those hard, backless benches for an hour and a half. But walking around for free samples ain't half bad. I'd do it again.”
