Absolutely 0 help from the people that work here. They have 0 knowledge of cellphones. They do not know how to transfer data or use a android. They are 0 help in fixing or troubleshooting a phone. They will not help on insurance claims. The customer service rep has no professionalism and talks like an adolescent frat boy. The children running this shop barely know how to sell a phone. This store is pure trash.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Signed in with the greater at the door, waited over an hour, only to NOT be on the list. When asking why I’m not on the list when a version team member is the one that signed me in other customers started raising their voices at me saying I should have signed in properly. Yet again a version team member signed me in at the door.

Samuel was AWESOME!!!! I have been having issues with my son’s phone for over a week. Spent hours on the phone with tech support…. Samuel knew right away what the issue was… the tech support person FINALLY listened to him about what he thought the problem was — imagine that… the phone started working again! ? will be back to see him!!!First issue I’ve ever had with Verizon and there’s some kind of issue with the Smart Family App.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in wireless. I spent hours on the phone with customer care because service didn't work at my home for a week. They filed a ticket and confirmed the issue for all of Caddo Mills and let me know that all I needed to do was return the devices to the store and they would release me from the device payment plan due to marginal coverage. So I switched carriers and went in to return the devices. I spoke with the manager Jeanette who was absolutely dismissive and rude, even threw attitude at the customer service agent she was talking too. Even said I still had service on the numbers I ported out. Whatever you do, do not go with VZW service. Do not deal with this carrier. Do not deal with this store.

I’ve seen 3 specialists in the 2 weeks I came in and all were good. My new upgraded phone was acting up but it was behaving in the store and needed it replaced. No problem

Sold me an iphone THE DAY BEFORE THE NEW MODEL RELEASED. I'm not up to date on the stuff so I did not know, and they did not tell me. They sold me their old new stock for full price. The very next day it was obsolete and a lot cheaper. What a dirtbag move

Worst experience I have ever had in a phone store, not only were they racist but they were very rude and disrespectful. Hannah and her store manager were very very very racist if I were to be exact. Ignored me the whole time I was in there and then gave me a hard time because i used a gift card. As a black woman and black person overall, PLEASE do not go to this store. The way they treat their black customers is very inexcusable! The way Hannah and Her manager treat their customers mainly the AFRICAN AMERICAN customers they do not deserve to be working in verizon

This review is directly for the manage, Hai. I have been coming to this store for about 15 years for my business account. I would only deal with 1 guy (I Think his name was Gabriel..), most everyone else was a bad salesman, or not attentive, rushed, etc. I have not seen Gabe (I think) in a few years, but was helped today by Hai, and he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and did not act like he was in a rush to get us out to move on to the next customer! Of course, if I had talked to any of the other 5 or 6 people there today, who knows what kind of review I would have to leave, but for today with my experience with Hai, it was a 5 star experience.I only use this location due to its location, but I will be calling ahead next time I need anything to make sure I can deal with Hai!
