“Doug and his team were amazing from beginning to end. Richardson handled our repair beautifully and advocated for us. We were the third party working with the insurance carrier of the person that hit us. The carrier, Progressive made it extremely difficult from beginning to end and we knew that because we weren’t ’the customer’,, Progressive showed us directly they had no interest in helping make this easy. Progressive continues to intimidate and pressure us - they wanted us to think we had no leverage to get the repairs done correctly.. Doug was more than fair, handled discussions with the carrier, and made sure we got the repairs done the right way and corners weren’t cut. Communication was phenomenal throughout the process. They handled everything. Told us to expect the repair to be completed in four weeks, but then finished in two!!!! Doug’ is the epitome of exceptional customer service and ‘under promising and over delivering’! He could give a masterclass in customer service! We’re very appreciative and if we have other repairs that need to be done e, we will go back to this shop! This is a shop you can trust. Grateful Doug and his team made it go so smoothly!”

“Was helped by the Store Manager, Chris. I had a million questions and he was very patient with me. They didn’t have my exact tire, but he met me halfway and ended up with a better tire for a just a fraction more. He also went out of his way to help me with a rebate that didn’t automatically come off of the pricing when I paid. I asked after the transaction was already ran but he followed up with me promptly and amount was refunded. I left very satisfied with my service.”
