“Joe is the best
The second time coming here for oil change and inspection
This time, had to wait about 10 minutes, he was in a conference with a customer about tires and getting an alignment afterwards (Joe told them exactly where to go for best quality and price locally for alignment)
Many times, employees asked if I needed help, I repeated that I was told to just ask for Joe, and they smiled and pointed at the room. I could hear he was currently with someone else
Less than an hour, I had an oil change, state inspection, and swapped 4 wheels from 18" to 20"

“Was helped by the Store Manager, Chris. I had a million questions and he was very patient with me. They didn’t have my exact tire, but he met me halfway and ended up with a better tire for a just a fraction more. He also went out of his way to help me with a rebate that didn’t automatically come off of the pricing when I paid. I asked after the transaction was already ran but he followed up with me promptly and amount was refunded. I left very satisfied with my service.”

“Yep...customer service could definitely be better, but they do great work on mufflers and catalytic converters. Saved me a lot of money. I used to have my fleet of vans in the shop 2-3 times per month with stolen cats and when they installed the aftermarket cats and sensors, I haven't had a problem since...because the aftermarket cats are not something that a thief will steal, because nobody will buy them from them.”
“Travis did an excellent job on taking care of me I was here from out of town drove 9 hours to visit my family member that was in the hospital had an emergency to get here as quick as I could had issues with my front tire and the service was great Travis did a great job in helping me get back to the hospital with my family members waiting for me I thank them very very much if I had another issue like this I would certainly come back to this discount tire store because they did a great job for me thank you for everything Travis and the discount store”

“This is BY FAR the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLIEST, HARDEST WORKING Tire shop anywhere around!! My friend needed a tire, which he already had, put on a rim for his Dodge Ram Pickup truck and went to countless tire shops around garland and Richardson and was denied at every last one of them.
Not only did the crew at C&M Tire Shop on Shiloh service his need, but only charged him 8 bucks or so and he was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!!! It's so hard to find a tire shop/mechanic that you can trust .... but these guys are totally GOLDEN! WAY TO GO YALL! Thanks so much for working as a team and giving such awesome service! ?”
