“What a beautiful venue! It was a bit off the beaten path, but we found it easily. The air conditioning was fantastic and kept everyone comfortable, which was great for our group size. Just a heads up, the dance floor can get a little slippery, so keep that in mind. Overall, it was really well maintained and a lovely place for our event!”

“When I start to see the owners be responsible for the traffic that their Sunday events cause I’ll change my review because honestly, I’ve been there before with my family and I generally liked it but damn someone needs to be held accountable for what you cause to the community. 304 should not be shut down just because there’s a Sunday event. It took me one hour to make it 1 mile down the road just because they didn’t hire a valet to come out and guide traffic and then the attendees were over there being belligerent trying to cut off people using the emergency lane. UPDATE : After a month since this experience and a message to management, the east 40 has corrected the traffic issue. In the past weeks on busy event days, they did in fact hire security and police officers to assist in delegating traffic. THANK YOU EAST 40!”
