I was able to call their 24/7 customer service & record the transaction as fraudulent, refuse the charges & cancel the card, this protecting my account balance. However, I recently had an encounter with another representative who, unfortunately, was extremely rude. She has medium-long black hair, glasses, and a mole on her chin. The interaction was unlike anything I have experienced before. Given my positive experiences with Adrian, I prefer to work with him exclusively.
