Called them to get a stray cat picked up to be spayed, they called me the same day they claimed her to confirm that I would be picking her up personally on Thursday 10/30. We stressed that she had kittens and wanted her back to the same location for them. I went to pick her up and she was “lost”! Four kittens now without their momma. Tried to help the cat by getting her fixed and to help our community in the number of unwanted animals. I was told by a perfectly reliable source they will take them out and just dump them after being fixed. Our tax dollars hard at work. The stench was horrible and those poor animals are in the care of people who just don’t care. If I’d known how horrible that place is I’d of paid personally to get her fixed.

Don't take your local strays here to get neutered. Their care is cruel and they may even drop them off somewhere else. They really don't care about animals. Do better or drop the program 😒

Front desk staff 0 empathy. Apparently they are the only place where you can take a Dog if you find it on fort bend county. I called everywhere I could but everyone sent me here because I live in fort bend county so I took the chance and since no one picked up the phone I drove 45 minutes. They said no they are NOT taking any dogs at any circumstances and gave me a list of numbers # for shelters in Harris county to call and see if they have space
I told them I already called them and the lady at the front desk said: well keep trying

Trying to have dangerous dog picked up …every voice mail says open until 3 pm but no one answering…this dog that has attacked our dog may be rabied !!! Don’t care assume

Website doesn’t even work to look at options for pets . Only reason why I found out about them is because I looked through a website called 24connect and had a few questions about 2 dogs I had in mind. I called about a few dogs and they cut me off and say just come to the shelter . I called again about a specific dog they had on a website and said yeah yeah come in and we’ll talk more in person . I drove for more than 1 hour to get there only to find out the dog in question was in foster care . And none of the dogs I wanted to check were there . Didn’t get any apology from them for wasting MY time . WORST SERVICE

My husband was followed home by what we assume is a lost puppy with no collar or chip. After making efforts to find its owner including going door to door where he was found we had no luck. We cannot keep the puppy in our home because our fur baby is not dog friendly. I called them first thing when they opened and was told they cannot take him because they are full. The same day another friend of ours found a litter of seven puppies which they did take in later on the same day. Why lie and say there’s no room?

We found a stray kitty cat that looks like he lost his mama, we brought it here. The lady at the front desk was rude and not helpfull. She told us through the kitty on the street where you found it, we won't accept any street animals. Wow if this kind of humanity works at the shelter it's really heartbreaking 😢 💔

Rude. Call for to notify I found a stray and needed animal control to pick up. Lady at shelter refused and told me to dump the dog where I found it.

Very rude staff I called because a dog has no home he was on the street but they were rude to me and they refused to take the homeless dog.

They take one if our backyard community cat for Cat Neuter and after 15 days they return on some rendom house area my daughter was so attached to cat bcz she always give food to him and now we can’t found the cat anymore they should tell home owner before dropping any pet which they pick up from any house no matter if it’s community cat since they know which house feed them they should be on their property

Most insensitive staff member( not sure who). In a real crisis for my family, I called to ask if anyone new what to do for my expired pet. The lady said why you calling us, we don't deal in dead animals. As if you've never had to deal with a deceased animal. You could at least talk to people with a little empathy
