He then broke it open, found the problem, gave me options, fixed it and it came out a bit lower priced than the original possible price. Works great now! Very happy with the whole process. “On Christmas Eve, approximately 2 hours prior to closing, I contacted the service department and was promptly accommodated. They welcomed us to come over, and upon inspection, the issue was identified. Although they couldn't provide a solution to the problem, they plugged and aired the tire, enabling us to drive to the nearest tire shop. The staff was courteous and made an effort to assist us without charge. I appreciate the efforts of the front desk personnel.”
