“This the most HONEST and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY shop I have dealt with.

I thought my transmission was having issues. I assumed it was the torque converter. I was calling around to see about getting it flushed to hopefully fix the issue.

I spoke with Dylan and he explained everything they would do in relation to servicing the transmission, to find the root cause. He even explained in detail, why a flush would not be the best route to go. He let me know how that could potentially damage the transmission and he didn't want me to have to deal with that later down the road.
He was very honest and even explained the process with the part coming in, to when he could have it repaired.

I arrived and his kindness and knowledge isn't fake. He was nice to the person on the phone and even the person who arrived after me.
He found that it wasn't my transmission at all. It was my piston misfiring causing the issue. He again went in to detail explaining what could cause this.
