The 4 does not reflect the business 100% it's the shutting down other locations and not telling anybody. I went to normal shop for a return and they were either remodeled or changing business. I guess he had no idea either(the employee). This location is a 5 thought so I have to give them 5. Very nice and accommodating.

UPS store was really busy but the workers had everyone in and out with no long wait time

As usual UPS is great company and on top of it the dealer owner is great. One recommendation; the place is not clean and organized. Front area is messy and dirty .
