The insurance company responsible for my repairs was very difficult to work with and communication was almost impossible. After one month of waiting, I was advised I could choose a repair shop to repair my vehicle. I feared I would be stuck with a majority of the repair due to the difficulty I had with the insurance company up to this point.
I decided to bring my vehicle to Caliber Collision because of their excellent reputation. I’m so glad that I did! As it turned out, I was correct, the insurance company attempted to short the bill by $1000! The representatives of Caliber (Katie and Nadaly) went above and beyond and were able to work with the difficult insurance company in order to settle the bill without me having to pay anything additional! Not to mention, the repair work was flawless!
