“The guy working inside the store was super nice the cash gas price was good but I am not a fan of cash versus credit card pricing on gas so I tend to stay away from those store options if possible”
“Slow going here. The store was clean and stocked well, but the counter guys were a little slow, and a few unsavory guys were hanging around outside. Just don't go alone at night.”

“They are right by my storage facility Guardian Self Storage and I stop there a lot. They've got a decent selection of stuff and they are nice so I give 5 stars”
“Really typical gas station but around 8:47 pm I went to get some chili for hot dogs and the lady at the front desk had a really nice smile and attitude. I can't stop thinking about it she makes this place 5 stars straight up.”

“This looks like a great place to stop for everyday essentials as a traveler or local. I hope you have great security. There's some really rough customers around this area between Arcola, Fresno, and North Rosharon. There's been a lot of burglaries around here. The issues seem to stem from people in the older neighborhoods trying to feed drug and alcohol addiction while being unemployed. Lights, cameras, and vigilance go a long way around these parts. Keep your eye on those old, non-HOA neighborhoods within a half mile of you. If there are neighboring businesses, work together with them and establish a crime watch. There's a lot of thieves around Rosharon breaking into homes and businesses, according to local news. It's a sad state that things have been in the last few years. I'll be sure to stop in again sometime to see how the area is developing. Thanks for breaking ground and helping lift the area. We need more businesses like yours.”
