was totally awesome!! She was very courteous and very knowledgeable on personalizing mugs for my Team members with our pictures... I purchased these mugs as retirement gifts ? for my coworkers... She explained in depth how the personalized mug was made and the best way to take care of them. My Team loved it ❤️ tremendously. They requested 2 more. I returned to the store on 6.20.25. Kaylanna was my salesperson.I received the same treatment. Mark assistant as well... They were very patient and easy to talk to and personable!
