“ed’s pharmacy is the absolute best. firstly, let me start off by saying that i have an extremely long, complicated, and ever-changing medication list. i personally know the names of the pharmacists and techs and they all know mine. you can definitely feel the difference between ed’s pharmacy and a stereotypical assembly-line pharmacy, where you just feel like a number, not a patient. they actually care about you as a person, and the employees will bend over backwards to help you get your medications. they work well with doctor’s offices, and insurance providers. they are efficient and professional. i am so grateful for all of the years of being their customer and for the assistance they’ve provided me with. i cannot say how great the staff is and how cordial everyone always is. excellent and dedicated to helping people - absolute 15/10.”

“Way more often than not, they have your prescriptions ready before you've even made it home from your appointment. Once your info is in the system, drive thru pick up in a sinch and super fast. I particularly appreciate wide array of immunizations offered and the scheduling option, although you don't need one. The techs are great with folks who struggle with fear of needles.”

“My husband recently had surgery and needed a pain medication refilled. This pharmacy would not refill the prescription because it was one day before they felt the refill date should be even though the doctor called to authorize it. This was aggravating and my husband suffered in pain throughout the night. However, they did fill the prescription the next morning and had it ready first thing. I guess I can, on some level understand their point of view given the prescription was for a narcotic and the pharmacies are restricted by state regulations. But, I still feel they should have accepted the doctor's authorization. I'm giving them four stars because they prioritized his prescription the next morning once they felt they could fill it. Just glad it was only one day! Overall, service is good at this location and they do try to be helpful. This is our pharmacy of choice.”

“The pharmacy was about to close, and I got there just 5 minutes after they almost closed. Still, the pharmacist gave me the prescribed medicine for my baby. I truly prayed for her to be abundantly blessed, because my baby was sick and I needed that medicine quickly. I think the pharmacist’s name was Yasmeen. She was wearing a white coat, and I saw her tag that said ‘Pharmacist,’ but I’m not completely sure about her name—I was a bit confused. @6:05 today”

“Never imagined I’d write a review for Walmart. I went in for bloodwork, the entire experience was so encouraging. The. Hired pharmacist Lema was courteous and knowledgeable. The young lady who did my paperwork was polite, informative and pleasant. It’s not easy to work this job at this location, but as a team they do amazing service. Kudos to the pharmacist and staff. “I recently started a new medication and my locally pharmacy would unable to fill the prescription for at least a month.A friend on the same medication referred me to Spring Green. With just 1 phone call and within a few hours, they had contacted my old pharmacy, transferred the prescription, set up my profile with all the insurance information and set up delivery. I was even able to pay virtually.The very next day, my meds were delivered to me!! That is just amazing service!! Thank you.”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”

“Picture this: A heart transplant patient out-of-state & visiting family runs out of pills. I normally get them through the pharmacy that is affiliated with the transplant center. So I call my transplant coordinator and asked them to send a 90 day prescription to CVS . . . Ditto for a prescription from my nephrologist. Less than a day, both were filled.
No problem using either my insurance or Good RX, just had to reprice the Good RX one at the “Drop-off” counter.
Then a few days later the CVS calls and asks if I would like to tie the two orders together so that I wouldn’t have to worry about making two different orders. Yes sir.
Really working for the patient. Nicely done.”
