Exceptional customer service skills?”
“The staff is entirely new since my last visit approximately one year ago. The line was short. I was addressed within seconds of entering the building as well as everyone else that entered after me. I quickly, “hello we will be right with you” goes a long way. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. My concern was address in minutes.”
“***NEW POSTMASTER*** It's now safe to go back to Danbury PO. Amanda is doing an amazing job and it's run completely different than it has been. She's always professional, helpful AND friendly. Even Christmas crazy time went off without a hitch. THANK you Amanda that you changed the business back to professionalism and kindness.”

“Outstanding customer service! I sent in an online request to help locate my package. It was labeled as “delivered in parcel locker” but no key was provided. Within minutes of sending the request, an employee called me and guaranteed that my package would be located and brought to my front door. SAME DAY! They went above and beyond to ensure delivery. Very impressed. Thank you!!”
