First of all, I want to acknowledge that the postal worker I interacted with was the first truly thorough USPS employee I’ve ever encountered. She was simply doing her job, and I respect that.
That said, I was upset with the situation because I came in to intercept a package so it could be redirected to another location. Unfortunately, it was not sent to the correct location as intended.
I’m giving four stars because the customer service itself was good, but the outcome of my request was disappointing.

I have been renting a post office box from Manvel Post Master because of all the mail screw ups since our delivery lady changed route and I recently changed back to my home. Mailbox and yesterday June 20,2025 the mail person left the mailbox door wide open and he just left I took a picture of it but I don’t know who the mailbox delivery person was.

I had 3 separate mail transactions to take care of, and the clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, by my recept says he was Clerk #7. Thanks!

This post office has had some delivery issues with my mail. Regarding to very important mail that I need to receive, they always send it back to the companies. Anyone has this issue or is just me.
Update: We just figured out why we were not getting our mails, apparently some employee their changed out home status saying that we moved out. Like how the hell does that happen.

My mailed was delivered to my mailbox ripped. The package contained my medicine. I called the post office to report this. A Chiquita Bradley @ USPS was to follow up with me. D. Carter who said she is a supervisor at Rosharon Post Office took my call. This was several months ago! Noone from this post office bothered to follow up on this incident.

If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. There is no way adults with a job should be this incompetent and lazy. My package was supposedly delivered to my mailbox. I went to check, nothing there. I had to drive out of my way to the Rosharon post office, which is an inconvenience for me. I asked why does my package say it was delivered when in reality it never was…I got no specific answer. The manager was supposed to call…never did. People order very expensive packages and expect quality delivery, it’s so sad that people don’t do their job correctly!

Nobody ever picks up the phone. The mail is CONSISTENTLY delivered incorrectly. The keys used to unlock your package doors are usually damaged. I've delivered my mail to my neighbors so many times. Horrible service and horrible rude people.

Ms. J. Because no way she’s married with an attitude and a mouth like that! Beyond RUDE and unprofessional. Seriously how she even has a job is BEYOND me!! But I can bet she’ll be loosing it very soon! What a joke this person is.

I am not one to complain unless the work is terrible, which this case was in fact horrible. If I could put ZERO stars, I would. This is so ridiculous. This office is in charge of delivering to my neighborhood, and do a terrible job at it. A common issue is their lack to deliver to the correct box and give others our mail, but today’s delivery was BEYOND horrible. The person who did the delivery failed to put the mail in the mail box and instead let everyone’s mail fall to the floor ON A RAINY DAY. Within the mail were a few official IRS letters. USPS services are supposed to protect against identity theft, and exposing IRS letters to the public is easily an issue and violation of privacy. The picture does no justice and wish I could have uploaded a closer look, but that would be exposing other’s information.

It was my son’s last day and Ms.J was very unprofessional. I would like to say she has been picking on him since he has first got there (5months ago). It’s not only him, she has picked on many other new hires that have come through and I personally have heard some of the things that she has said to my son and others. She has given I’m a route then in the middle of it call him back to the station and give him a completely new and longer route. She is always saying slick stuff to him. He made a report about it to the Post Master and it stoped for a couple weeks but today she did it again since it is his last day there. Today I was in the phone with him because he said she was there and anytime she is there I am on the phone with him to hear the comments that she makes to him if any. First she put him on a short route when he was about to leave she told him to comeback and put him on the longest route that they have and he hasn’t done. When he spoke up about it she then told him that he is still going to have to do it and she will call him in 2 to see if he still has a job at his new place. Then she knocked his mail over 2x and said he wouldn’t be in the way. This is really ridiculous and if I have to come up there to solve this it’s going to be trouble. Government building or not I don’t play about my child.

Kudos to the Rosharon post office!!! I went there this morning with a problem I was having in getting a package. The lady behind the counter greeted me cheerfully and asked what she could do for me. I explained my problem to her. She assured me that my package would be delivered today and it was. Her supervisor, named Jackie, called me two times, once to say my package would be delivered today and again to make sure I got it.
So cheers to the Rosharon post office! Fantastic job, guys! You are the best!!!

The lady working the counter - Jennifer I think - is a force to be reckoned with. Awesome watching her work. She must be a deacendant of angels for she is truly an example of God's glory on Earth. I will be bringing her some donuts. I don't do that for just anybody.

Awful customer service. Woman called me about a missing envelope that I had submitted a claim for. Spoke to me like I was stupid. Did not truly listen to the dates that I was providing, and that I had tracked the mail via Informed Delivery. This woman took this way too personally, when all I was trying to do was let the USPS know that we did not receive an important piece of mail.
