Aloft Austin Round Rock is a great place to stop for the night, described by some as a well-kept secret and a second home. The hotel offers clean, comfortable, and well-stocked rooms, though some guests note the rooms can be a little too small with limited storage space. The lobby area is nice, providing convenient access to a bar, pool table, games, and an outdoor pool. There is also a small convenience area with light meals, beverages, and fruits available for a price, while coffee and tea are complimentary. The service is consistently highlighted as exceptional. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Guests appreciate the check-in and check-out process and note the amazing manager who assists with accounts. The location is well-listed and safe, allowing for effortless coming and going, and is conveniently situated across the highway from a corporate campus. While most experiences are positive, some guests mention the mobile key feature did not work correctly and that the office space could be more private. Overall, the hotel meets expectations, provides great quality for the value, and leaves guests feeling grateful and at home, with many looking forward to staying again.

Staff was prompt and courteous. I'll be going back at some point. Only reason I didn't give 5* is because the pool was lacking in comparison to overall building design. Didn't seem to fit in there.

Very different room layout than most hotels but comfortable. Could use a better way to hang stuff by the sink, but otherwise very nice.
