“I placed an order online to pickup later for Christmas. I did it that way because the items were literally down to the last in stock so I didn't want to chance missing out on them. Well, I arrived at the store later that evening to retrieve my order only to be told 1 of the items was actually already sold out. I never received any notification that this was the case so of coarse I'm upset at this point. This is when the young lady helping me puts on her cape and really helps me out! Mi Mi saved the day! She really went above and beyond and you just don't see that everyday. Five Below, do better with your communications please but in the meantime, thank goodness for the Mi Mi's you have! 10/10 customer service ?”

“I went to T mobile expecting them to sell me or try to sell me everything. I was so lucky that I got quite the opposite. A lady by the name of Soleil Reyna. Was very patient with me and very knowledgeable. She didn't try to sell me the whole store. Only what I NEEDED. I also want to give a shot out to Orlando. Thank y'all !!!!”

“The spy shop is my new favorite store. I've driven by 100 times but never stopped until now, I wish I had stopped sooner. I'm in the security field and needed a baton for a manager detail. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The specific baton that I chose is a standard law enforcement issue and normally sells for 65.00 to 80.00 but the shop even beat Amazon's price at an amazing 22.00 dollars. It's definitely a place where I could spend 500.00 or more, given their selection and amazing inventory. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking for specifics in security or law enforcement.”

It's clear that Shannon truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. “This review is specifically the Geek Squad Auto Tech installs. I have had Jake install a replacement amp, new receivers in 2 cars and a speakers in one car. Jake does an excellent job and is honest as the day is long! He did a great job on both cars and I highly recommend asking him for any advice on replacing any of your auto stereo. He is a superstar!”

“We went into this location for new phones (Christmas gifts). Our representative was Ana. She was amazing. Sandra held the fort down while Ana was occupied with us (We took a lot of Ana's time). We came in on a good day. Jim, the Regional Manager was there and he was a HUGE help. Thank you to both young ladies, Ana and Sandra, and to Jim for making our Christmas merry and bright.”

“Highly recommend this store!! Had issues with my mobile service. Talked to 3 different people from call center and spent 1-2 hours on the phone. None of them fixed my problem... walked into this store sales rep Gus took care of my problem in under 10 minutes! Understood every detail of my situation and handled it to perfection! I wish there were more stores and representatives like this. This is how to represent the company and the true definition of quality customer service.”

“I love this location. They have invested alot into the coffee area and hot food area. They have about a dozen choices of coffee. The one machine makes special coffee that uses all the flavor from the beans by grinding the beans in in airtight area, then brewed immediately. The coffee is super delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is the most clean 7-11 I have seen. I recommend this location.”

“I stopped coming to this 7- eleven about a year ago because of the RUDE STAFF.But I had to stop by this Monday evening and there was this kind short young lady who was extremely helpful, cheerful and intelligent. Kudos to her. I cash tipped her but she wouldn't take it.I will come back again and again only because of the amazing customer service she provided. Loved it.”
