“I placed an order online to pickup later for Christmas. I did it that way because the items were literally down to the last in stock so I didn't want to chance missing out on them. Well, I arrived at the store later that evening to retrieve my order only to be told 1 of the items was actually already sold out. I never received any notification that this was the case so of coarse I'm upset at this point. This is when the young lady helping me puts on her cape and really helps me out! Mi Mi saved the day! She really went above and beyond and you just don't see that everyday. Five Below, do better with your communications please but in the meantime, thank goodness for the Mi Mi's you have! 10/10 customer service ?”

“The spy shop is my new favorite store. I've driven by 100 times but never stopped until now, I wish I had stopped sooner. I'm in the security field and needed a baton for a manager detail. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The specific baton that I chose is a standard law enforcement issue and normally sells for 65.00 to 80.00 but the shop even beat Amazon's price at an amazing 22.00 dollars.It's definitely a place where I could spend 500.00 or more, given their selection and amazing inventory. I'll recommend this place to anyone looking for specifics in security or law enforcement.”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Tom and his team. We did a elaborate AV system and his teams spent weeks getting everything perfect. Whenever I have a problem Tom is ALWAYS right on it. I’m 66 and not real tech savvy. Tom always gets me up and running quickly. On top of all that his just a great guy.”

“I love this location. They have invested alot into the coffee area and hot food area. They have about a dozen choices of coffee. The one machine makes special coffee that uses all the flavor from the beans by grinding the beans in in airtight area, then brewed immediately. The coffee is super delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is the most clean 7-11 I have seen. I recommend this location.”
“Went in today to add my husband to a family plan after his phone went kaput. We were having multiple challenges resulting in several questions. Emilie met us where we were at with spectacular service for the full 45 minutes it took for us to get our ducks in a row (needed to call his prior service provider while there). She's very knowledgeable, helpful, and has a sincerely upbeat attitude that's contagious. If we need anything else from a T mobile store we'll be keeping this location in mind.”

“Helpful but customers have to resist high pressure sales tactics. I was pleased that even though I went in with the intent on purchasing one phone (a mid level Samsung), the sales rep alerted me to a better deal on a much better phone (Google Pixel 10 XL Pro) at the same cost I was prepared to pay for the other phone.
However, I had to resist multiple attempts to sell me on unnecessary accessories, an additional phone number for which I have no need just to get a temporary discount and other high pressure sales tactics. I held firm in my position that I did not need superfluous add ons.
Still, the sales reps were congenial and helpful and I was satisfied with my overall experience.”
