I give two stars because I like my doctor for my children there, but today was an awful experience. My son whom is non-verbal needed to pee, but lately he has anxiety when using public restrooms. Due to this I had to go to restroom twice to see if he would use it. The first time I went to the single bathroom and the lady cleaning the restroom told me no I needed to go to public. We got to the public stalls and he refused so I went back and waited and 3 mins later attempted the public stalls again. However the cleaning lady was in there and had it blocked off. He was holding himself and I waited and pushed the door open a little and she came back and said " uhh uhh no, this one is closed go to the other bathroom you tried to go to the first time." I simply walk off and hear her utter "god damn." This is highly unprofessional behavior. It is also more stressful for me when I'm already under stress because my son is experience anxiety and behavioral issues. I am so upset and pissed that she was allowed to speak to me in such an unprofessional manner. As if I was bothering her when I was simply trying to help my son. I HOPE YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS LADIES BEHAVIOR. It was disgusting!

Well why the heck am I paying you for no answers or guidance. Doctors are useless and don’t deserve to get paid what they do. Next time I’ll just stay home and figure it out myself with Google or something. Thanks for nothing.
