I loved this place when I had insurance. I really liked my PCP Anisha Virani but even when her schedule was full and I had to be seen quickly for an illness they'd get me in with someone and honestly I didn't have a bad experience. I do feel like they look at your notes and look at the entirety of situations even if it is quickly. They also see children I do know that. I do not have kids but they have a pediatric side. Also ARC has many clinics. I have been to others when needed and again didn't have bad experiences. Oh they also have easy access online portals for appointments, documentation, etc.

The most incompetent front desk staff I’ve ever talked to. Nobody communicates with each other from shift to shift, and they couldn’t care less about your time or well being. The doctors and nurses are great though, it’s too bad they’re over shadowed by the terrible reception staff.

Think I might need to rebook an appointment to see an ENT here after the acid reflux caused by the coding department at this location.Last month I came in for a simple doctor's visit, in-network with my employer's insurance, and the ENT barely saw me for 5 minutes. No diagnostics used. I was in and out with not even a coupon for Flonase.The following week I get a bill in the mail, saying they were charging $295 for the visit! Insurance covered just over $50. It's ridiculous to charge top-dollar to our insurance like that for a visit where literally nothing was done or accomplished. I called in asking them why they coded the MAXIMUM they could and the representative said she'd have some other team review it and would follow up with me. Of course no follow up, and had to call back. The time another representative had an attitude and basically told me to just deal with it. Unethical.

If you need help, don’t call ARC. It’s impossible to make an appointment and the answering service automatically puts you on hold for more than 20 minutes or more! We’re not going back to this company.

The hallways are more crowded than a junior high. There’s one bathroom for the lab, and everyone is constantly trying to open the door on you. It’s too crowded and was an absolute waste of my time and money. I’m going somewhere else.

I had my new patient visit and saw the nurse practitioner Miriam today. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I am glad I picked this practice.

A nurse at service center was very unkind and I thought it was a kind of racism. She had said NO to my request without enough explanation then I asked for more information but she denied.

Minimal wait time. Dr Patel was very attentive and informative and took care of my problem.
