In a world that tries to exploit you at every turn, it was extremely refreshing to be met with humanity and understanding during a chaotic and messy time for me. They had every opportunity to charge me up the wazoo or pitch me empty platitudes, but instead they really only ever wanted to do what was best for ME. Crazy!
