“Phenomenal work! Driver fell asleep and rolled into my car. I was worried a repair would be noticeable or a shop would cut corners and not look deep enough for damage.
Now, the back of my car looks better than it did before the accident. They left the back door looking new and fixed/replaced all of the components under the surface. There isnt anything misaligned which is usually the issue after a repair where things dont ever fit the same way again. The staff is also very thorough and tell you everything done and why as well as open to you coming back if there is something you notice wasn't addressed.”

My auto insuror steered me to another nationwide windshield company which would have cost over $30 more. My previous experience with that company was not as seamless - I went to the shop for an appointment to find they had ordered the incorrect windshield. Therefore I had to return at a later date. “Great customer service and experience overall. It was very convenient that they come to you and repair the glass on site. They said to wait 3 days after it's installed to remove the tape, so it's too early to assess the install, but everything looks good to me so far. The repair guy removed the broken windshield and installed the new one while cleaning up every step of the way. It looks brand new. I opted for an after market windshield instead of the car manufacturer's version because those were over $1000 for my vehicle. How it holds up over time will be TBD”

“My 2026 Corvette ZR1 with 38 actual miles on it and in my possession for less than 24 hours got sideswiped on the way to work and damaged every panel on the driver's side and both wheels. Additionally the front bumper was also damaged. As you would expect, I was devastated.
My insurance suggested Caliber Collision Luxury on Metric in Austin, and boy I'm glad they did.
The work these guys did over the next weeks made the car look and drive at least, if not better, than brand new. I'm pretty detail oriented and I cannot find a single thing that would indicate this car was ever repaired for anything. The paint was flawless, panel alignment perfect, and everything you could imagine was right.
I'm beyond happy with the work they did. Jasmine, my contact there, kept me informed and worked with me on some decisions we needed to make along the way. She heard the story of what happened and really made the experience of getting my new car back to new much better.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend taking your ride, no matter what it is, to these folks. They know their stuff!

I can’t say enough good things about Austin Body Works.
Our son was on his first trip out of state when he had his very first car accident just a few blocks away from the shop around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. My husband called Austin Body Works, and the gentleman who answered said they could stay a few extra minutes so our son could come by.
They didn’t just stay a few minutes. The team helped him when the other driver followed him to the shop, and one of their employees spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with the other driver to gather the necessary information.
They checked the car to make sure the fender wouldn’t rub the wheel and confirmed the door shut and latched properly so it would be safe for him to drive home. They also took the time to speak with us on the phone and explain how Texas collision procedures work so we knew what to expect.
Our son is high-functioning autistic, and situations like this can be overwhelming, especially when you’re far from home. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much easier.
One of the lighter moments was when our son asked if they could have the car fixed by Monday… just three days away. We all had a good laugh.
They stayed well past closing on a Friday evening to help someone else’s kid after his first accident, and we are incredibly grateful for that.
