CHASCO Family YMCA is a large, modern facility that offers a wide range of amenities and activities for families. The gym is known for its clean and new-looking equipment, making it a great place for workouts. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service, including tours and personalized workout plans. The YMCA is also family-friendly, with many options for kids and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages friendly interactions among members. However, there are some areas that could improve. The outdoor pool area has been criticized for playing inappropriate, explicit music that is not suitable for families with children. Additionally, safety concerns have been raised about cleanliness, as some members have found band-aids in the pool. The YMCA offers various programs like gymnastics camps, which are staffed by friendly and enthusiastic personnel, though some parents feel that the camps could be more engaging, with more active time for children and better program structure. The full-day camps tend to be more successful, keeping kids busy and happy. Overall, CHASCO Family YMCA is appreciated for its size, friendly staff, and family-oriented services. While some improvements are suggested for programming and environment, it remains a popular community spot for fitness, family activities, and programs designed to bring people together.
Awesome gym. They have a theater in the locker room. The only complaint I have is that they don't do child watch if you do not have a membership in their surrounding area. I am a y member in a different district and child watch does not transfer

Great place. Good people. We've been going here for years and it's a great place to workout or even to just relax.
