Coach Outlet is a global fashion house and a leader in leatherware, offering the season's latest styles in handbags, backpacks, wallets, shoes, accessories, and clothing for men and women at favorable prices. The store at this location is noted for having friendly and helpful service staff, with some team members being multilingual. Customers report consistently good experiences, with specific praise for the repair service, which, while potentially taking several weeks, successfully returns items. The store itself is described as not very large and without a changing room, and the selection can vary. However, it is highly recommended for its significant discounts compared to standard retail prices, making it a worthwhile destination for those seeking deals.
Let me tell you. Alice is the only reason I keep coming back to this store! She’s the absolute best, knowledgeable and remembers me and my family each time I walk in. She makes my shopping experience always a 10/10! Overall, everyone in there is helpful and kind. Best store in this outlet center.

I am always so grateful to meet the best people when I go shopping at Coach Outlet, the staff has always made me feel welcome with such grace and kindness. I came in looking for my birthday bag, and they promptly helped me. I got the Chelsea Shoulder Bag 30 and they made it a wonderful experience for me.
