“We spend every Friday here as a girls' workout day and the staff and owner truly care about what they do. The workouts are challenging, never boring, and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. My core strength has improved so much the past few months, I couldn't even hold a plank for 20 seconds when I started. Highly recommend for a full body workout in a fun and friendly environment. PS. Take Deanna's classes, her core work is amazing!”

“There aren’t enough stars te reflect our time here. We can’t say enough about our experience here at the Round Rock location! Robyn and Melody are beyond lovely people. They took the initiative to get cupcakes and make this a thoughtful and special occasion for a dear friend. They were UUUHHHH-MAZZZZZIIINNNGGG! They took the time to help me celebrate my friends birthday by booking a styling session and teaching her how to pick out clothes and combine different tops and bottoms based on her body type and personal taste. Both have such amazing personalities and were soooo beyond attentive!
Melody never got tired of bringing more and more items to help teach and show us different options for how to style outfits.
Robyn’s love for her role and the impact she makes serving her customers is top notch!

“Returned jeans that were too long. Jeans were purchased in Georgia, but were accepted in Round Rock as original tags were still on pair and hadn't been worn. On display is a 1951 Chevrolet 3100 pickup, light green, inline 235 six, 3 speed on the column. I hauled hay in identical one back 1965 when 10 years young.”

“This store is bigger than most Cavenders locations. They have a HUGE selection of boots for men, women, and kids! There clothing selection has a large variety and it is easy to walk through as they do not reduce walking space to fill another clothing rack. Jose and Clint do a great job with shaping hats. To include making small adjustments to the hat to ensure a perfect fit and appearance. Most boots on the shelves is Ariat to include other big brand names such as: Anderson Bean, HP, Dan Post, Cavenders.”
“A friend asked me to go shopping with her at JC Penneys and I gladly accepted because I needed clothing. I found mostly what I was looking for and when I had questions about a piece of clothing the store associates were helpful and friendly. During checkout a store associate, Alice, was helpful when asked about promotions. She was friendly. I wished I would have written the names of the other 3 store associates who were helpful and friendly- thank you all for making my shopping experience great at this location.”
“It’s been ten years since I’ve been on a board and I was nervous walking. Noodle grabbed my attention right off the bat. Explained to her the scenario, and not only did she get me the exact set up I needed, but was incredibly knowledgeable in products. Was nice to not feel pressured to buy the most expensive items.

“Lashes, piercings and clothes. What can I find that I don’t love at this place? So we’ve been customers of Haute for what feel like 5 plus years. My daughter got her ears pierced for the first time with Amy and it was such a special experience. Amy explained the process so well and treated my 6 year old like a person and spoke to her not just me then she was super patient when my daughter literally ran away after the first ear. lol. But Amy talked her off the ledge and got the other one done!
Now I’ve got lashes, glam beautiful lashes! I tried the new UV system and these lashes are so much lighter than I remember from having lashes before Covid. I’m in week 3 and they are looking fab. Amy was a great lash tech that did a consult with me to see what I was looking for then delivered the most magnificent set. I liked that she really focused on isolating each individual lash and went from end to end, didn’t skip out. Really made them pop. I posted pics from over the last 3 weeks so you can see how they have held up.
Next I want to try the head spa there!”
“I was looking to make shirts for a last minute event and I ordered a rush job online. Due to it being last minute (day of), I was told my options were limited but I was still able to get same day prints made. After ordering online and speaking with someone over the phone to confirm the order was placed correctly I received an invoice via email and once paid my order was ready a couple hours later. I ordered two vinyl prints and one was weeded correctly, the second was not and unfortunately I didn’t catch it until after it had been pressed onto a t-shirt that night. Thankfully it wasn’t overly noticeable so I was able to still wear the shirt.
I would recommend anyone looking to make custom items or looking for last minute options stop by Texas Vinyl & Print.”

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet in Round Rock, Texas, and especially about Assistant Manager Dennis Chia.
I recently decided to completely rebuild my wardrobe after losing 45 lbs and wanted to invest in timeless, well-fitting clothing rather than simply buying whatever happened to be on sale. Dennis has been absolutely instrumental in that journey.
What impressed me most wasn’t that he was trying to make a sale—it was that he genuinely wanted to educate me. He took the time to explain the differences between the various Brooks Brothers shirt collections, the different fits, fabrics, sizing systems, and how each style complements different body types. He patiently helped me understand how the Brooks Brothers sizing system works and why finding the correct fit makes such a tremendous difference. When it came time to purchase, Dennis also educated me on how to buy with the current sale that was going on. My few experiences with Dennis could not have gone any better. They have been perfect.
For the first time, I feel like I understand how to build a wardrobe that is tailored to my body instead of trying to make my body fit the clothing.
Dennis never rushed me, answered every question with professionalism and enthusiasm, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Because of his knowledge and customer service, I’m now in the process of transitioning my entire wardrobe to Brooks Brothers. Honestly, I don’t believe I would have made that decision without his guidance.
Brooks Brothers has built an outstanding system of fits, measurements, and classic style. When someone like Dennis takes the time to explain it, everything begins to make sense, and the results speak for themselves.
