My girlfriend went to buy 10 pair of Air Force ones for me, she asked a black female employee and said loudly told her we don’t have those with a disgusting manner and 0 respect and immediately walked away and her coworkers laughed at her “repulsive attitude” I would except better but that black female has nasty or should I say 0 manners.

Visited this store this evening. Worst customer service. Each employee had such an attitude and totally made it seem like they didn't want to be there. They need a new set of employees for sure!

Came here with my family and received very poor customer service that I would even consider racist. I saw staff being very helpful with other costumers, as soon as we asked for help they were nasty. They also made a big deal about a military discount and it felt like if they did not want to give although the store offers that. Management needs to teach these employees how to be respectful and helpful.

There are 2 employees here that were super helpful, the others seemed like they just really didn't want to be there. I also thought it was weird how you get a chance to rate them on the little pin pad and both times the employees grabbed it and rated themselves.

Bre, was very helpful I needed shoes for me and my daughter. Bre, and Mia were both super helpful great customer service!! I will be coming back again the store looked amazing!!

bre is an awful manager and doesn’t know what she is doing at all!! she wasn’t only rude to us but when one of her employees asked a question she treated them as if they were stupid then continued to attempt joke about their appearance with me. i will NOT be going back.

This review is for my boyfriend to **BRE** the store manager. She was the only store member to help exchange the shoes he bought me for Christmas that were the wrong size. He came three times and was turned a way. She simply looked up his email and it was done. Kudos for a great job in costumer service!!

Bree is a horrible manager she was RUDE and don’t know how to talk to customers. I was sold 2 right shoes and had to drive 1 1/2 to return/exchange to listen to her attitude. I will never go again and will warn others not to shop at this location.
