Finish Line is a favorite store for its huge variety of shoes and clothing. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. Employees are very helpful in finding the perfect items, with some noted for great customer service. The store can order specific shoes for direct home delivery. However, some employees seemed like they did not want to be there. A strange practice was noted where employees used the customer pin pad to rate themselves. Overall, it is a place where many find what they need and plan to return.

The place is so UNORGANIZED...The customer service is trash...It was only one or two people that actually greeted us when we walked in this past Sunday..The Hispanic gentleman was very helpful sorry I can't remember his name but I think it was Allen or Alex...
