Mat was extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Maybe overqualified to be working at a pawn shop, but that made it all the more pleasant to interact with him.
My complaints come from flaws with the handgun's design itself, not with Mat or the store, so 5 stars to this First Cash location.
