Absolutely horrible. They flat out canceled one of my daughter’s prescriptions for an ear infection. Two different doctors (hours apart from each other) put in a prescription for different ear drops. One prescription was filled and ready for pick up as we were heading to her second doctor’s appointment that day. I waited all day for any notification that the second prescription was ready but got nothing so I called them up. I was told verbatim “oh, yes they are different prescriptions but basically the same thing so we canceled one of them”. I had to argue with them for at least 10 minutes about why they were different prescriptions by different doctors, and that yes, I needed that second prescription because they were the better drops. Which should not have been their business anyways. It does not matter why I have to different prescriptions for two different drops. Then they wanted to push the prescription being filled until the next day. When I got into the store it was another 15+ minute argument about why the prescription was canceled and why there was ZERO documentation on why it was canceled.
Never going back to this pharmacy, the location on Louis Henna is so much better.

I honestly wish I could be a fly on the wall during the training process here on how to treat customers as cruel as humanly possible

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. I went there one time to pick up a prescription and the lady that I spoke with made me cry because of how rude she was towards me. While I do understand being a grown woman working at a pharmacy where she doesn’t get paid very well isn’t having the best life and definitely won’t continue to with that ugly personality (I guess we know why she’s just working at an HEB pharmacy), I don’t think that’s gonna help her grow in her career or life. I will say the HEB off University blvd is wonderful, but whoever hired these people needs better judgement and probably shouldn’t have their job either.

Communication is poorly here. I had to come back 2 times to pick up a prescription I was needing very badly. Made me come back twice because of miss communication. Should be done more professionally here.

This pharmacy used to be so good, but now the Walmart pharmacy in the bad part of town is more professional than the people working at the Palm Valley HEB Pharmacy. Long waits. Bad attitudes. They seem so bothered when you ask them to do their jobs. They recently let a new team member cut the line of about 5. I am moving all of my family's prescriptions to mail order or CVS.

The pharmacist was very rude and condescending. They also took a long time on hold with the automated system, then to be put on hold again when someone actually answered.

I'll keep it short and sweet. The prices are usually much cheaper than places like CVS and Randall's which is a plus. But other than that, I hate this location. The pharmacists are incredibly rude. They talk over you as you try to explain things and speak to you like you're a mentally deficient child. This has happened to me quite literally every time I engage with them and I have been nothing but kind (I'm super shy and I can't bring myself to be confrontational). One of them even cut me off and hung up on me mid-sentence. Like, what even? If you hate working here, quit and move. Don't get snippy with the customers. I don't want to be here just as much as you, trust me.They take forever and a day to fill prescriptions and sometimes, they won't even tell you that it has been filled, even when you sign up for phone calls and/or text messages. Once, I called in to check on some tooth pain medication and the pharmacist was like "Oh, yeah, we filled that three days ago." Again, what even? So, I've moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens where they actually listen to me, are nicer, give me tips and instructions, and fill my prescriptions quickly.Honestly, if you can, go to another pharmacy. Or, you can use Good Rx or Cost Plus Drugs to get your medications. The experience has turned me off any and all HEB pharmacies for a long time. Maybe even forever.

Such a great change from my previous pharmacy. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
