“They opened right on time and were super kind and helpful answering the questions I had about the things I was purchasing. Definitely one of the better GameStops I've been to especially when it came to customer service.”

“It is one of the best coin shops in Austin. I made a few purchases from the the shop. It is enjoyable just visiting the shop. Small but nice and clean, with foreign coins as an option.”

“Awesome shop! A sports cards collectors dream!! Sold a Jaxson Dart Dowtown here at a well price. Straight to business nice and attentive staff will be visiting again. Best card shop in Austin thank you guys !”
“I forgot his name but he seemed like mid 20’s, curly haired guy was awesome. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my daughter she wanted an RC car. I have very limited knowledge of electric RC’s when I was growing up it was all nitro. He filled me in answered every question I had and helped me come up with a solution for her learning on an RC than being able to speed it up when shes comfortable. I just came to look and get an idea but with the knowledge he had I was able to comfortably commit to buying one then and there. I know she is going to love it.”
“This is the closest game shop to my neighborhood, and I’ve been in several times to buy gifts for friends and employees, as well as a game or two/accessory for myself. The owner and employees there have always treated me nicely and gave me the time of day. Sometimes niche places like this aren’t very female friendly, especially if you don’t know a lot about what you’re looking for/need to buy for someone, but I’ve always felt very welcomed here. I hope it continues to stick around, and people consider buying here every once in a while rather than Amazon or Online, because the next closet place like it is quite a drive in traffic from the Cedar Park/Lakeline area.”
“I don't know quite how to express my pleasure in my visits to this place. The staff are friendly & approachable, but they are also all committed & aware problem-solvers for your challenges (beware the rock squirrels!). They have a selection that is sufficiently varied to cover any of our regional needs without being intimidating or otherwise overwhelming, and they've had a solution to almost any query I've presented, whether related to season, drought or species.Sure, you might be able to do it cheaper but — and I say this as a career scientist who'd like to think he's pretty good at this — I'm pretty sure you won't do it better. Please help support this resource in our community.”
“This place has pure Austin local ownership touch. The owner Marty was so attentive to our needs, entertained us even beyond the shop hours and expedited our engraving- all with warmth and care.
High level of customer care and professionalism! Thank you!!”
“Always love shopping here for wall decor and have recently had some great hauls! They have sales all the time on all different kinds of items, so make sure you ask about what's on sale when you get there. I also appreciate that different stores usually have the same items, so if you need multiples of the same thing, try two different locations!”
“Great place, old school the way a card shop should be! I love the reviews on here from the whinny moist baby's, it's a card shop NOT the Hyatt... Take your worthless self entitled attitude some where else!”
“I can't say enough good things about front end associate Lissa and Brian in frames. Both are kind, attentive and efficient. I go to this location to buy my models and supplies. Lissa always asks about my on going projects and Brian is awesome at framing my wife's art. Alex, the store manager is an obvious leader because the store is always clean, well stocked and it's one of the best merchandised stores I've ever seen and I'm retired retail for 40 years. Anyway, this review has been a long time coming.
Thanks Alex and to your peeps for all you do that keeps us coming back!”
“I placed an online order at Mothership for the first time around midnight on a Friday night. My 40-ish cards were ready for in store pickup the next day at noon. Super impressed with the speediness!”
“Big store! Huge selections for all craft enthusiasts. They are like other Hobby Lobby’s are closed on Sundays. Also closed on major holidays: Christmas. Easter. Thanksgiving.”
“This Michael's location has an extensive and exceptional quality craft supplies. I have come to this location many times for materials for my kids school projects and I always find what I need and usually find a few other things that I initially hadn't thought of for a particular project. Side note, their self check out stations are very helpful and make checking out and paying much easier.”
“Large selection of crafting supplies over a relatively small floor plan. Staff are always super helpful. Store is well organized. By walking the store, you can find so many creative options, but they're curbside /pickup service is also very easy to use. Plus I know my money isn't going to a bigoted, hateful agenda and I'm contributing to a business that cares about people.”
“It’s a nice store where lots of home items being on sale! I usually come by for ups drop off as well and they do their job quickly and appreciate it! Keep up the good work! Cheers”

“Pokemon's where it's at nowadays, and I come here for the fair and civilized style of collecting cards via waiting outside hours before they open with the other civilized folk who don't push or shove, granted some people may try to swindle you out of your rightfully owned 2 per sku (you can get 2 max of each item that's for release, 5 if it's booster packs) but all is fair in the game of life. It happens on Fridays or Saturdays and one or two workers seem to get slightly upset if too many people call the day before to check for amounts/what's dropping but that's usually with the super busy drops like prismatic. Terribly understandable, if I was called 50+ times in a sitting just to give the same information I'd probably unplug the line, but like couldn't you have streamlined it and say it faster/nicer rather than opting out to disclose the information entirely since you were just annoyed. The store as a whole is great and especially so for the manager, she sets up Saturday trade n play (some call it pokemon day) and it greatly benefits the community for the children who show up to these events to have fun and spend time with one another! All in all it's a great store! Will be waiting here again for the next drop (rip the UPC of prismatic)”
“The ultimate craft store for every creative project!
Michaels in Austin is a go-to destination for crafters, artists, and DIY enthusiasts of all skill levels — the sheer variety of supplies on offer is outstanding. From painting and drawing to floral arrangements and seasonal décor, you'll find everything you need under one roof at very reasonable prices. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the frequent sales and coupons make it even better value. A wonderfully inspiring place that sparks creativity every single visit!”
“Michael's has become my only go-to place for art canvas, especially the Level 3 Gallery Wrapped Heavy Duty Canvas by Artist's Loft. The canvas is made in great quality and easy to get colors on. Additionally, you can't say NO when Michael's occupationlly runs 65% off deal on this particular canvas!”
