“This is my favorite crystals shop. Juju is beyond knowledgeable. Every time I go in there I learn something. My very first foray into crystals started here and I have grown and evolved and watched the shop grow and evolve as well. Juju, the shop owner, travels to places where highest quality, straight from the source crystals are unearthed. The pieces he gets are amongst my most treasured. I love the way he has the space organized as well. Also, his book selection is among my favorite and now they have an unbelievable tarot cards selection as well. He’s got cool jewelry and he will make you a beautiful piece with the crystals you choose. This spot is my favorite. Did I say that already?”

“Another game store in town that I went to tonight didn’t have what I was looking for as the last one had been purchased 30 minutes before I got there. Called Game Kastle, they said they had it and I told them I would be right in to pick it up. When I got there I couldn’t find it on the shelf and almost panicked and when I went up to the front counter the nice guy at the front -without asking- had set it behind the counter for me based on the fact that I said I was coming. This was really appreciated as I had been looking forward to getting this deckbuilder literally all week and it was the last one he had in stock. There was another expansion for this game that I wanted which he didn’t have in stock but literally while I was standing talking with him he pulled up his Asmodee order and added it to come in next week. Little things like that and how friendly he was are what ensure I’ll be coming back when I need other games. Great experience.”

Chill atmosphere, they let us play for hours. Recently got into Magic, Star Wars Unlimited, and Dice Throne. Not all stores in the Cedar Park/Leander Area carry SWU and DT product so I like coming to Wonko’s, even if it’s a little further.”

“Outstanding customer service from the team at HobbyTown on Parmer Lane! I recently brought in my Granite 4x4 RC truck because the reverse function had stopped working. The staff immediately jumped in to help and spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue. Several team members worked together trying to diagnose the problem, and when they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, they contacted the manufacturer's technical support team for additional assistance. After further investigation, they determined that a failed part was likely the issue. They took my information and arranged to have a replacement part shipped to me at no charge. What impressed me most was that the team probably spent 45 minutes or more helping me diagnose the problem, and they never charged me a dime. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping solve the issue. In today's world, it's rare to find this level of customer service. The HobbyTown team went above and beyond, and they have absolutely earned my future business. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next RC vehicle from HobbyTown. If you're looking for a hobby shop that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them.”

Joe even helped my husband load the picture in our small car so that we could make it home without damages, he really went the extra mile!
