I recently brought in my Granite 4x4 RC truck because the reverse function had stopped working. The staff immediately jumped in to help and spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue. Several team members worked together trying to diagnose the problem, and when they couldn't pinpoint the exact cause, they contacted the manufacturer's technical support team for additional assistance.
After further investigation, they determined that a failed part was likely the issue. They took my information and arranged to have a replacement part shipped to me at no charge.
What impressed me most was that the team probably spent 45 minutes or more helping me diagnose the problem, and they never charged me a dime. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping solve the issue.
In today's world, it's rare to find this level of customer service. The HobbyTown team went above and beyond, and they have absolutely earned my future business. There is no doubt that I will purchase my next RC vehicle from HobbyTown. If you're looking for a hobby shop that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them.”

Recently got into Magic, Star Wars Unlimited, and Dice Throne. Not all stores in the Cedar Park/Leander Area carry SWU and DT product so I like coming to Wonko’s, even if it’s a little further.”

“The absolute best Hobby Lobby I've ever been to! They have EVERYTHING and then some!! I spent over 2 hrs shopping and still didn't make it thru the whole store! The yarn selection is phenomenal! “I can't say enough good things about front end associate Lissa and Brian in frames. Both are kind, attentive and efficient. I go to this location to buy my models and supplies. Lissa always asks about my on going projects and Brian is awesome at framing my wife's art. Alex, the store manager is an obvious leader because the store is always clean, well stocked and it's one of the best merchandised stores I've ever seen and I'm retired retail for 40 years. Anyway, this review has been a long time coming.

“I recently made the trip from San Antonio to visit this card shop, and it was 100% worth it. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was knowledgeable, and most importantly, the pricing felt fair and honest, which is becoming harder and harder to find in the trading card world.
As a huge WWE card collector, I’ve visited plenty of shops over the years, and this one stood out immediately. The selection was great, everything was well organized, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable while browsing. You can tell they genuinely care about both the hobby and the customer experience.
I’ll definitely be making the drive back again soon. Highly recommend for anyone into sports cards, TCGs, or collectibles.”

I discovered that Michaels is far more than a balloons and balloon accessory store (i.e., ribbon, clips, weights, in-store helium services, helium tanks and technical advice). If not for CJ‘s wise counsel, I could easily have had an explosion in my car. Whew! There are also cards, custom framing, and so many other nice things.
