Internet goes down non stop. Same support guy every time says he will get the “engineers” on the issue and the issue never gets fixed.

Outages are regular, bandwidth for the $ is way below the market. Avoid if you have other options.

Seriously the worst. It is the slowest wifi I’ve ever had and constantly goes out. Cannot even attend my classes on zoom comfortably without my wifi going out. Makes sense to have it in student living apartments right?
