“Went in today to add my husband to a family plan after his phone went kaput. We were having multiple challenges resulting in several questions. Emilie met us where we were at with spectacular service for the full 45 minutes it took for us to get our ducks in a row (needed to call his prior service provider while there). She's very knowledgeable, helpful, and has a sincerely upbeat attitude that's contagious. If we need anything else from a T mobile store we'll be keeping this location in mind.”
“Helpful but customers have to resist high pressure sales tactics. I was pleased that even though I went in with the intent on purchasing one phone (a mid level Samsung), the sales rep alerted me to a better deal on a much better phone (Google Pixel 10 XL Pro) at the same cost I was prepared to pay for the other phone.
However, I had to resist multiple attempts to sell me on unnecessary accessories, an additional phone number for which I have no need just to get a temporary discount and other high pressure sales tactics. I held firm in my position that I did not need superfluous add ons.
Still, the sales reps were congenial and helpful and I was satisfied with my overall experience.”

I called their support line, and they put in a ticket to have a technician come diagnose the issue. Although I expected a significant wait time, they were able to send someone over within two days. Al, the service technician, was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.”
