Updated review 12/20/23: So I heard back from the company via text, and I was given my tracking information. It wasn't instant... it took about 2 days, I imagine it's because of the busy holiday season, but I ended getting my tracking number and the expected delivery date is on schedule as advertised when I purchased my item. I went ahead and gave 2 more stars. I would highly recommend that the company simply shoot out an automatic confirmation email after a purchase is made followed by tracking info shortly after that. -------- They don't send out any confirmation of your online order. The chat and number they provide to contact them is a joke because nobody responds to you. When you call the phone number instead of texting it, they have a greeting which is reassuring until it says they'll connect you to the next available agent and it doesn't even ring... you just sit there in silence. I’m not sure what these other reviewers are talking about because customer service is not great, etc. I tried their “text us” feature before I ordered because I had shipping questions. Never heard back. 2/3 of the items I ordered were not going to be available until almost 2 months out from my order but I was willing to wait. Never shipped the item that was in stock. Then I get on their website and find the availability of the 2 items had been moved back another MONTH without any communication to update me at all. Theonly thing they were prompt about was my refund because I said I would be contacting my credit card company if they did not respond.

Flavio was fantastic! Quick to respond and knowledgeable. He talked me through my problems (even though I doubt I was explaining them well) He diagnosed and gave me a solution that worked on the first try! Thanks again Flavio!

My granddaughters Frozen Jeep stopped working after a few minutes of drive time. I called the 800 number on the inside sticker, I was directed to Kids Wheel LLC, through a brief phone call and explaining the issue, I was told it was the battery. They were very professional and could have insisted it be brought it to be diagnosed, instead he told me what the problem was for free. I highly recommend this business & if the need arises I will definitely do business with them in the future.Connie Lowrey ~ Temple, Texas

Ordered weeks ago a set of 4 wheels. Still yet to be delivered. I call no answer. I text their stupid sms service no answer. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. They do not operate in a transparent way. I wish they would just have some Indian off shore 3rd party handle their customer service just so I can talk to a human. This company deserves 0 stars

I ordered a replacement shifter for a Peg Perego car i was fixing up to give away to a neighborhood kid. Turns out the package was stolen right off my porch just after it was dropped off. kidswheels.com sent a replacement right away and now we have one happy neighbor. thank you!

Placed an order for a circuit board in early April, never received shipping or tracking information. Called a few times on different dates, no answer. Left voice-mails, never heard back. Now well over a month in, requested refund. Don't like to leave bad services reviews but just a heads-up, difficult to get a hold of them!

Wish I could give a 0 star review! I ordered what I thought was the correct part for a child’s favorite toy, part came and it wasn’t correct. Customer service said I could return the item if I paid for shipping and a 20% restock fee! What a joke! Save your time and money from these crooks!

Pretty sure this is a sham company. Contacted them to file a warranty claim. Online system didn’t work, so emailed a week later. Then I’m kicked over to Kalee Support who approved part. I get a USPS tracking #, and the package has been sitting with Kidswheels for 5 days now. Also, don’t bother calling. Nobody answers and the mailbox is full

I have had a very poor experience with Kids wheels. I ordered a part on November 24th 2021 with an expected ship date of December 15th 2021. I contacted them on December 22nd 2021 because I had not received shipping conformation on the part. I was told that I needed to wait 2-3 more weeks for the part. I then contacted them on January 15th 2022 asking for a shipping conformation or a refund. I was told the part would be shipped the middle of next week, the week of January 16-21st 2022. It is now January 25th 2022, I have not received the part, shipping conformation, or an email update. I payed for the item through Paypal and have now filed a dispute. This was a part to fix my 5 year old son''s electric tractor that he has anxiously been awaiting for 2 months. I am now back to square one and am hoping our local equipment dealer can find a part. I have one very disappointed little boy. I will not do business with Kids Wheels again.

I purchased a front bumper and charger for Kids Ride-On Jeep. Parts arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. The prices are incredibly reasonable!I would and will recommend this site as well as I will use them again!

Horrible customer service. Cancelled a completed online transaction for fraud and refunded the purchase price when the credit card company had processed the card - *********** said it was a valid transaction. KidsWheels claims the addresses do not match when ***********, drivers license and address listed on the order all clearly matched. Attempted to reorder but was refused.
