“Great place to go to find those harder to find ingredients for your Hispanic dishes. I'd give a 5 star but it's pretty expensive compared to other grocery stores.”

“We came in 30 minutes before close and were looking for steaks for Valentines Day Dinner. They hooked us up, even pulled out some fresh meat for us. Super friendly staff. HUGE selection on different cuts. Prices are very competitive to big grocery stores as well. Will be coming here for any meat purchases in the future!”

“As-salamu alaykum, brother.
Thank you for what you are doing. Living in a non-Muslim country can be challenging, but your work makes it so much easier. Truly the best halal meat market in the Austin area!”

“A Truly Unique Culinary Gem

This spot is absolutely one-of-a-kind and a total must-visit! Stepping inside is an experience in itself—it's less a restaurant and more a wonderfully curated retreat that manages to pack so many amazing features into one space.

The star of the show is, without a doubt, the meat selection. The variety of marinated options is impressive, and the fact that you can have it expertly cooked and served right away makes for an incredibly fresh and satisfying meal. The quality and flavor of the meat are clearly top-tier.

What elevates this place beyond a standard eatery is the 'amazing setup' that seamlessly integrates a cozy book corner and a dedicated coffee corner. It’s brilliant—you can grab a gourmet coffee and browse literature while waiting for your perfectly cooked meal. It’s a perfect convergence of food, comfort, and culture.

While the space is intimately sized and perhaps a bit on the pricier side, you quickly realize you're paying for a premium, multi-sensory experience, not just a meal. The high cost is justified by the exceptional quality of the ingredients, the immediate cooking service, and the sheer creativity of the setup. This establishment doesn't feel cramped; it feels perfectly curated and intentional, making it a highly cherished escape. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a culinary experience unlike any other!”

“This review is only for the HEB store located
201 FM 685, Pflugerville, TX 78660.

I love this location because of the size and location of the store, but also because the staff is extremely helpful.

You enter the store by the produce section to the right, with floral to the left and bakery straight ahead. The produce section is well stocked and has a lot of items you might not find at other stores. There are a lot of pre-cut vegetables and fruit available.

The meat section and deli are next. Tip: If you are getting deli items, you can drop off a list of what you want cut when you enter the store, and they will fulfill your order while you shop. Pick up before checkout.

The restaurant offers the store has a similar layout to other HEB stores. Around the outer perimeter are packaged cheeses, prepared meats, the milk and beverage coolers, eggs bacon and sausage, and then diary.

Aisles start with alcohol directly behind the deli and flow across the store toward the dairy. Frozen foods are in front of the alcohol section toward the front ofthestore just before checkout.

It takes a bit 30 minutes to do a weekly shop if you have a god list, 45 minutes if you are just wandering.

Parking is usually pretty good. Weekends and just after workday can be a bit crowded.

There is a self checkout section limited to 15 items. Usually, 4-5 lines open for regular checkout, more on the busy times.”

“I am here visiting from indiana. We are staying in an airbnb close by and needed food for the weekend. My experience here was great!Everything we needed could be found at great prices. The playlist was even great as I pushed my cart through the aisles humming the tunes of the 80s and 90s. We got fresh fruit, grass fed beef, snacks, and more. As an allergy sensitive family, we found what we needed. Super thankful for that. My favorite part, though, was the check out process. I was greeted by Jordan at the register and William bagged my groceries. Both were kind and engaging and made the experience great. They showed true hospitality. Should I return to this area, I will definitely be back.”

“Washes your car okay but doesn't completely dry with the type of blowers that are installed, they go to fast accross your car and leaves you car spotted with water drops.”

“I love this H‑E‑B! First of all this store has great customer service & very helpful employees which always makes my shopping experience better! But the reason I love this store is because of the "people w/ children parking". This is so helpful when I have my baby & need to park close to get her into the nice cart specifically designed for a car seat. This cart is a shopping game changer! I appreciate H‑E‑B still thinking of parents & making our shopping experience a little easier.”

“This is one secluded Mexican a meat Market. I never knew this place was here until I Yelped it yesterday. The overall environment is really nice and clean. They do have. a restaurant inside so you can order yourself some tacos. The meat market has a variety of meats. Their fajita was $9.99. You think man that is expensive. However, they are a dollar cheaper than Costco. They match with H-E-B prices with the chicken going for .99 cents a pint the day I walked in here with my wife. All the staff were friendly. They primarily speak Spanish here. But I do believe they speak English as well if you need to asked for something in English. All their produce look fresh and great selection I must say. Overall spacing between the aisles were tight and the store is small compared to the rest of the Mexican Markets in the area. But don't let that detour from shopping here if need something you cannot find at the bigger stores or if you're looking for a bargain with todays highly inflated meat prices. Plenty of parking in the private parking lot.”

“If you haven't shopped here because you're used to the big box stores, you are missing out. If you like cooking Mexican food, shop where they have authentic ingredients. Prices for the most part are lower than the completion. The employees are pretty cool too. Very helpful. Looking for a good selection of Mexican cheese? Look no further. Try it, you'll love it.”
