The store provides replacement lenses and notepads for older models, helping customers leave with items that feel new. The location is known for its amazing, great, and personable service, with associates described as super helpful, welcoming, and understanding of customer needs. Staff assist with finding the right products and sizes, including prescription glasses, and help set up and explain how to use items. The store offers a nice military discount, which not all locations provide, contributing to a positive experience that brings customers back for years.
Very professional and caring about their customers no matter how simple the task was. Cleaned and replaced nose section for my wife's oakleys. Offered on the spot to assist with this and asked if I was military for additional discount and that they appreciated my service. Appreciate Oakleys support!

Great service and products. I purchased a pair of Holbrooks and couldn’t be happier! Sales associate was on point and got me in and out! Thanks!
