“The customer service at this location (Round Rock) is on another level, superb. I don't know much about boots, I walked into the store, and I was greeted by a smiling face. Roman answered all of my questions. He wasn't pushy or forceful. He patiently worked with me, helping me find a great pair of boots. I walked out with 2 pairs. I will be returning.

“Returned jeans that were too long. Jeans were purchased in Georgia, but were accepted in Round Rock as original tags were still on pair and hadn't been worn. On display is a 1951 Chevrolet 3100 pickup, light green, inline 235 six, 3 speed on the column. I hauled hay in identical one back 1965 when 10 years young.”
“It was my first time at banaras I really enjoyed shopping. They have everything that you are looking for. Especially Indian attires. Binita is great at customer service, if you need anything ask her. She helped me choosing all the Indian outfits that I need. She is polite and knowledgeable too. I will keep shopping more.”

“This store is bigger than most Cavenders locations. They have a HUGE selection of boots for men, women, and kids! There clothing selection has a large variety and it is easy to walk through as they do not reduce walking space to fill another clothing rack. Jose and Clint do a great job with shaping hats. To include making small adjustments to the hat to ensure a perfect fit and appearance. Most boots on the shelves is Ariat to include other big brand names such as: Anderson Bean, HP, Dan Post, Cavenders.”
“From a customer service perspective, there is no other Hot Topic that I have been to, local or further away, like this one. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, whether the store is not busy or packed with customers. Please, don't change, it makes you all stand out from the rest. As far as merchandise, same concept, always clean (merchandise not on floor, not thrown everywhere), good selection.”

“The Levi’s outlet is my go-to for getting quality, tried and true denim for a great price. They always have good deals and a wide size range of the classic cuts, including a variety of inseams, which as a tall woman is a HUGE plus. A lot of stores have turned away from carrying long inseams in-store so this is very much appreciated. Staff is super nice and helpful as well.”

“Kohl's always has great deals and great coupons to add on the savings. The Round Rock location has not been the greatest over the past couple of years (limited availability, messy store) but it has improved recently. I went today and it was clean, organized, and well stocked. I am happy for the improvement.”
“Staff is friendly. I usually only use location for Amazon return hub. Service is always quick and convenient. Clearance options are great and as low as 80% on select items.”
