“Returned jeans that were too long. Jeans were purchased in Georgia, but were accepted in Round Rock as original tags were still on pair and hadn't been worn. On display is a 1951 Chevrolet 3100 pickup, light green, inline 235 six, 3 speed on the column. I hauled hay in identical one back 1965 when 10 years young.”

“This store is bigger than most Cavenders locations. They have a HUGE selection of boots for men, women, and kids! There clothing selection has a large variety and it is easy to walk through as they do not reduce walking space to fill another clothing rack. Jose and Clint do a great job with shaping hats. To include making small adjustments to the hat to ensure a perfect fit and appearance. Most boots on the shelves is Ariat to include other big brand names such as: Anderson Bean, HP, Dan Post, Cavenders.”

“I went a little over a week ago. I've worn jockey bras for literally decades. And so when my favorite bra was no longer available I knew I needed to go in and see what would be comparable. That's when I met Whitney who was amazing. She brought multiple bras to the try on room and we decided on two bras that were different styles to see which one I would like better. She did confirm that they had 100% satisfaction. After the first wearing of one of the styles, I knew that was not for me. And this is where I met Crystal. Whenever I went back to return it. At first there was some confusion on exchanging them, but Whitney is a rockstar and was able to help Crystal and myself figure it out. I will continue to be a loyal Jockey customer especially because of these two!”

“Me and my mom walked into the store looking for a pair of jeans, when we got approached by Ivan. He was so happy to help us and gave us some great information and recommendations. I have never received such great customer service from anyone at that Levi’s store. He was more than happy to help and he had great taste for jeans. I’ve never felt more confident in a pair of jeans. I recently decided to completely rebuild my wardrobe after losing 45 lbs and wanted to invest in timeless, well-fitting clothing rather than simply buying whatever happened to be on sale. Dennis has been absolutely instrumental in that journey.
What impressed me most wasn’t that he was trying to make a sale—it was that he genuinely wanted to educate me. He took the time to explain the differences between the various Brooks Brothers shirt collections, the different fits, fabrics, sizing systems, and how each style complements different body types. He patiently helped me understand how the Brooks Brothers sizing system works and why finding the correct fit makes such a tremendous difference. When it came time to purchase, Dennis also educated me on how to buy with the current sale that was going on. My few experiences with Dennis could not have gone any better. They have been perfect.
For the first time, I feel like I understand how to build a wardrobe that is tailored to my body instead of trying to make my body fit the clothing.
Dennis never rushed me, answered every question with professionalism and enthusiasm, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Because of his knowledge and customer service, I’m now in the process of transitioning my entire wardrobe to Brooks Brothers. Honestly, I don’t believe I would have made that decision without his guidance.
Brooks Brothers has built an outstanding system of fits, measurements, and classic style. When someone like Dennis takes the time to explain it, everything begins to make sense, and the results speak for themselves.
