I use the PetsHotel more than the store, but the location and the staff are superb with the customer service to my pet!

My kitty Hubert enjoyed his stay at the Petshotel. The prices are so reasonable even when adding little upgrades to enhance his experience. Check in and check out was super smooth and the staff there was friendly. I only wish an earlier check in could made be available.
