I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team! We’ve been bringing our animals here for several years, and the trust we’ve built with them is truly priceless. Recently, we brought in our rescue dog for only her second grooming, and the level of patience, care, and understanding they showed her was beyond anything I could have hoped for.
Working with a rescue comes with its own unique set of challenges, and this team handled her with such gentleness and professionalism. They were completely prepared for her anxiety and never once made me feel bad about her behavior they simply took it in stride with calm, experienced hands.
What really sets them apart is their communication. They took the time after her appointment to talk through how it went, offer thoughtful suggestions for making her next visit even smoother, and gave me real, practical advice tailored specifically to her needs. You can tell these people genuinely love animals even the ones that are a work in progress!

“I went in looking for a deal. Found 2 bags of dog food for 75% off. I also had about 10 manufacturers coupons for other items. I planned to use them all and met Kai M. At the register. He had already helped me in the store and when I explained how I wanted to use coupons he was more than willing to help me and make it work. We ended up doing multiple transactions but he was friendly, patient and very positive. I love this store! I’ll be back again!!!!”

“If you want a particular pet, they can tell you where to get it.ask them about live food variety for your pet arachnid before you get it. Some feeder bugs will eat your spider.”
