“Sean is amazing! Very impressed with his product knowledge. He doesn't rush or push. He is very kind, respectful, and thoughtful. My partner and I have been loyal customers at the Round Rock location for many years because of the outstanding customer service. Sean continues the tradition! In fact, if you're not getting amazing customer service at this store, it's probably because it's the associate's first day, and they're so nervous they can't think straight. Cut'em a break and help them relax. And then come back! 10 Stars!”

“We’ve been bringing both of our dogs to Woof Gang for at least 5 years and always have excellent service. Zeke is a true gem; so patient and always calming for the dogs and I can tell they enjoy seeing him. We also love grabbing some homemade treats while there.”

“Loving Mia Bella. My dog is scared of the groomer in general but has been doing great. I ask for my corgi to be trimmed shorter than normal and they always deliver! Costs are lower than other groomers as well.”

“I went in looking for a deal. Found 2 bags of dog food for 75% off. I also had about 10 manufacturers coupons for other items. I planned to use them all and met Kai M. At the register. He had already helped me in the store and when I explained how I wanted to use coupons he was more than willing to help me and make it work. We ended up doing multiple transactions but he was friendly, patient and very positive. I love this store! I’ll be back again!!!!”

“Bought this product at Tractor Supply, used it as directed on the label and the fleas fell off my dogs. I used it on my ankles to prevent mosquitoe bites. Wow!!! Great product, pricy but it's worth the money”

“Excellent Customer Service! I had a small issue with a “sale” item while at the register. Both the cashier as well as the GM gave their full attention to research & handle the situation. I highly recommend this store location!”

“We love bringing our Doberman, Drake, to PetSmart, and we always book with Alla. She is simply the best! Drake absolutely loves her, and we do too. She always does an amazing job—his ears are perfectly clean, his nails are trimmed, his coat is shiny, soft, and smells so good. He always comes home looking brand new. Alla is so kind, patient, and caring, and she has even found time for us before busy weekends when we really needed it. We truly appreciate everything she does for Drake and couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you, Alla! ❤”

“If you want a particular pet, they can tell you where to get it.ask them about live food variety for your pet arachnid before you get it. Some feeder bugs will eat your spider.”
