Weird interaction with the employees. She came to ask if i need help but then leaves as I’m mid sentence because a different, more important??, customer needed assistance. Felt kind of embarrassed. Would rather you just not talk to me if you’re clearly not interested in helping.

Store manager was very mean and not respect I never give me a chance to explain what’s going on by purchase and machine from them last week and I do the exchange with another machine on when I try to do the return again says it doesn’t description on the information they give it to me they said I’m unable to do that. I have to take it and trash it and she send
me out of the store. she said also they cannot do that challenge during the policy for the store which is I did that last week which is not make any sense to me. I cannot trust this guys anymore. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Bad experience! I was buying some things for my hair today and they were almost closing, i forgot what number the color was and i wanted to go to my car to get my phone so i could look the right color and the women who was at the register she said no we are close and she didn’t let me go outside i had to buy it and it was wrong and she closed the door behind me, what was that??? if you want to leave just don’t work then, im the costumer and im buying so why you won’t let me buy the right things i want? that’s actually crazy and bad attitude also. Not coming back at all! And also for the sally owner, don’t just answer the good reviews and ignore the bad ones, instead of it you should fix the problem.

I had a really horrible color job on my hair so I went in to this store To see what I could do about it. The darling girl behind the counter Zoe was so sweet and so helpful. They are very lucky to have an employee like her. I will definitely be back because of her.

Was attacked by staff because my son touch a product and attempted to spray it, which it was locked so nothing could come out. Then was yelled at because he knocked over and dropped the tiny bottles of bleach! Avery then proceeded to talk to me like I was doing something wrong and insinuating that my child was going open the bottles and drink them. I have never experienced a more horrible uncomfortable shopping experience. Do not go there! This lady even tried to scare me by saying take a picture of her profile as if I was some sort of criminal because I asked for her name.

Walked in yesterday to find products for my hair. Walked in 2 ladies that worked there were both stocking on an isle. Mind u no one ever acknowledged me when I Walked in. As I walked around they still didn't never ask can I help u find something NOTHING! YALL GOT TO DO BETTER! ITS A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB. IF YOU DONT LIKE PEOPLE U WE DONT WANT YOU HERE!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. Asked where razor blades would be in the store and was told they could only unlock them but refused to tell me where to find them.

Let me preface this by stating that most of the negative comments on here are absolutely NOT the employees fault. It’s corporates fault. So those problems should be taken up with corporate. You cannot expect an employee who is forced to work just below full time ( with zero benefits ) all the time, at an understaffed location to work overtime when this company doesn’t give overtime pay. They keep every employee BUT the manager just below full time so they don’t have to treat them as full time employees.Not only does this company treat their employees so poorly they let them know how disposable they are at any given moment, but the general and district managers don’t care. They don’t care about any of the employees or the customers. They force bad corporate practices on employees, treat them like the scum of the earth, and wonder why nobody wants to stay and be treated just the same by customers.So, before you blame any of your grievances on the employees working there, you should know how bad the company is to work for, coming from a former employee who tried their hardest to continue working for a company that just didn’t care.. most of the employees have work ethics. The company does not.I mean, let’s be real. Why else do you think their corporate customer service sucks so bad when you call the 1-800 #?
