Let me preface this by stating that most of the negative comments on here are absolutely NOT the employees fault. It’s corporates fault. So those problems should be taken up with corporate. You cannot expect an employee who is forced to work just below full time ( with zero benefits ) all the time, at an understaffed location to work overtime when this company doesn’t give overtime pay. They keep every employee BUT the manager just below full time so they don’t have to treat them as full time employees.Not only does this company treat their employees so poorly they let them know how disposable they are at any given moment, but the general and district managers don’t care. They don’t care about any of the employees or the customers. They force bad corporate practices on employees, treat them like the scum of the earth, and wonder why nobody wants to stay and be treated just the same by customers.So, before you blame any of your grievances on the employees working there, you should know how bad the company is to work for, coming from a former employee who tried their hardest to continue working for a company that just didn’t care.. most of the employees have work ethics. The company does not.I mean, let’s be real. Why else do you think their corporate customer service sucks so bad when you call the 1-800 #?

Had the best experience at this location! Was shopping for products to get my hair perfect for my engagement photoshoot and every employee there helped me find exactly what I needed with the most upbeat and kind energy! You girls truly recommended the perfect products for my hair with the best customer service.

This Sally’s employees closed at 7 when I called prior and Hours are open till 8pm.

hey Sally, how are you doing today? I noticed that your hours on Google are a little bit incorrect as I was very disappointed to pull up to the location which led me to KFC then to realize that your shop was already closed down for the night I don't know if it is your employees or Google maps trying to fool me but I just thought I would let you know Sally because it looks like you have a great selection of products in your shop. Never a bad experience in this store I do miss talking to the old employee who was promoted to a location in Georgetown I believe she was always so sweet and love chatting with herThank for the great time in your store

This has to be the worst Sally’s I’ve seen. Closed early on multiple occasions “due to short staff” while you can see multiple people messing around or doing nothing. They may need to look at who’s being hired at this location.

received missing items email after order was already delivered. and my items that did arrive had one missing. and sally’s customer service takes forever because they have to call the store and this store never picks up. i wish they would shut this store down so i could get my orders from georgetown instead.
