    I never get over 51mbps EVER and I have been with SpeedNet for about 2-3 years and I'm paying over $125 for substandard speeds....so who is the idiot here? I even placed a call to two technicians and a sales person and NOT one single person called me back! That alone makes me mad enough to switch to another provider!

    I got help from RICK. He was so patient and nice. I love doing business with speednet because RICK is so helpful. Can someone please let RICK know I only want him to help with my customer service questions.

    Last night during thunderstorm router connection to Internet failed. Network names defaulted to default settings. Technician knew exactly how to correct the issue. With 10 minutes I was back up and working.
