Signed up a contract for camera system installation, paid and they never showed up. Calls are not returned. Stay away.

They took my money and never delivered on services! Apparently they ran out of business but whomever acquired them is also shady to have let this happen.

Stay away! They have been sold to another company, still auto withdrawal form the bank account while the other company ( Safe Home Security) is asking for payment. Every time I call TSS, they seem to disappear and have no clue what is going on. then I get transferred to the monitoring department and get promised a call... read full comment
