This post office kept my package, which was to be delivered to my home. I had to drive to the office to see if it was delivered there and to my surprise it was!! I NEVER received any note in my mailbox that there was a package at the post office and the delivery individual was there and explained it was to hot and couldn’t carry it up a flight of stairs. They didn’t have the decency to assist getting it into my vehicle, but told me to get a cart and if it wasn’t for the gentleman coming through the door, that held door for me, i may not have got it out of the building.I have also tried to call several times and never get through on the phone as to set up app for my passport. I m a veteran , and this type of service is reprehensible, and dissatisfactory for customer service that get paid good money for a job

I have now had 5 shipments either lost or not even attempted to be delivered in a row, the carriers at this post office are by far the worst i have seen at any post office! If the seller for my product had any other carrier option I would use them over USPS because this post office will never deliver the package!

I arrived at the USPS office approximately three minutes after their closing time to collect a priority mail flat-rate box. I noticed the boxes were placed in their usual location in the hallway stand. I approached the front desk to inquire about the availability of more boxes. However, before I could ask my question, an older lady, possibly the manager, curtly stated, "we're closed." While I found her response impolite, I explained that I only had a quick question. I inquired if there were any boxes elsewhere in the store, considering the section where they are usually picked up is in an area open after regular hours. Her response was a simple "no," followed by her closing the gate.As I began to leave, I decided to glance around, and I noticed that the gate she had closed had a pile of boxes of the size I needed behind it. I couldn't help but wonder why these boxes weren't placed in the open area like in other USPS locations. Furthermore, I found it perplexing why it was so challenging for her to hand me one of those boxes instead of abruptly shutting down my inquiry. While this experience hasn't deterred me from returning to this location due to its proximity to my parents' house, I do hope for a more courteous interaction in the future.

Some of the laziest, most apathetic, nastiest, most incompetent human beings on the face of the Earth. it's impossible to get anything done or lean even the slightest bit of information. The only thing they're consistent about is their ability to lose your mail. I really wish theyd just get rid of the postal service and send everything to FedEx. Or UPS. I would gladly pay more for reliability. I always ship ups or fedex, unfortunately some still use usps. Untrained carrier pidgeon would have a better shot at showing up than usps.

I accidentally went to the wrong post office for my passport appointment and Khin still assisted me at my assigned time. She was very accommodating since I had all of my required documents and explained the process thoroughly.

Over the past year I have shipped a number of Priority Mail packages and letters from this store. A few certified and regular letters too.The staff was helpful with the questions I had about certified mail as I usually do not do that.Lines were good (Note: I always avoid going to post offices near lunch time and other times that would be busy).

I have not gone through all the reviews but I’m pretty uncertain as to why such low ratings. Overall I’ve been here several times since I have recently moved about a month and a half ago and I’ve had nothing but a great experience here. I hope this is not just me being lucky and a sustainable difference, and then possibly past operations. I was also happy to learn that they are now competitive on all kinds of packages as in the past the private shippers i.e., UPS and Fedex used to have the market on bigger and heavier but it looks like USPS is finally stepped up. We’re just doing a better job of not gouging customers like those big guys.

They gave me continuous conflicting delivery information, which caused me to miss my delivery. What is the benefit of mail delivery if I’m not given proper, timely information?

So disappointed. I send a lot of packages through this post office. Everyone is so friendly… but this week I had to priority packages prepaid and labeled. Please understand my shipping times are tracked and my rating depends on my ability to ship quickly. I dropped two packages off on the 10th. They both were received on October 10th. But one was logged as the 10th and one wasn’t logged until the next day. Causing a delay in shipping. I’m not being petty there have been to similar instances and the delay of a day logging has cause the package to go from a Thursday Friday delivery to MONDAY !! Literally the other package as delivered today. Thursday.I’ve had this happen 2 other times at this location. If you stand in line and get a receipt they log it that day. But if you set it on the counter, which is what they keep telling me to do it seems they ‘get to it when they get to it’. So IF you need something to actually be sent priority from this office you MUST get in line. So don’t bother to preprint labels. Let them do it. Because you have to stand in line anyways to ensure they start your priority package on the day they are supposed to. Otherwise it will be a minimum of a 24 hour delay and as with this package it’s causing a 3 day delay. Yikes !!!The reason I gave it two stars and not one is the people at this office are so friendly that a one star seems mean. But time frame is important and they seem to be missing the ball on that one. It’s a shame because they are otherwise amazing

The passport walk in hours on website listed as 8am-2pm but at this location is actually 8am-9am . she also mentioned people need to sign in by the time when they open , also they only take 10 people per day. The others you have to make an appointment. She was nice tho but still..

I've had a couple packages randomly end up here from Austin even though I literally live there. Never to be seen again. Based off other reviews I think its safe to say somethin greasy is goin on in this location.

Absolutely have had it with them. The neighborhood mailbox's package lockers save for one have been broken for years and every time we have called to report it we are told they will not fix any of them until they are all broken. That is ridiculous. Because there is only one package locker, whenever it is occupied, anyone else who has a package must go pick it up from the post office. They don't even consider scooting over a sidewalk length's ways away to just drop it on the front porch. Or course, they wouldn't have to deal with that at all if they would simply fix the lockers that are broken in the first place.

My packages arrived at the post office, but the postman lost 2 packages and I already went to the office twice and they haven't fixed it.The post office has to see the number of cases here with the same problem of package loss

There was a mistake made on a recent money order I competed at the Double Creek PO. Alicia corrected the mistake for me quickly and pleasantly. She is awesome and needs a big raise!
