A lovely black lady and an older gentleman with glasses were both extremely kind and helpful with my certified mail and my mailbox lock change request. Both were super easy.

Going to the post office is not a fun outing but Juliet makes the visit a better experience because of how kind and cheerful she is, Give her all the raises!!
