“Dr. Cassens is truly knowledgeable, bubbly, and incredibly patient. I've brought both my rabbit and my puppy in on separate occasions, and the entire Emerald Vet team has been amazing to us both times! Dr. Cassens is a fantastic resource for tips and tricks on animal well-being. She was wonderfully gentle with my pets and made sure they felt comfortable and safe throughout their visits. “Dogwood Animal Clinic is the best! I went there the first time at least 14 years ago. @Pat Webster asked to take their gorgeous dog there when she was in Europe and I’ve been raving fan ever since.
I’m not sure if they’re cheapest, I haven’t looked, but they are honest with a big heart.

They were knowledgable, answered all of my questions, and loved on my puppy like he was their own. On top of a great staff, Thrive is very affordable, and they gave me a few estimates before jumping in and getting started. I highly recommend this location and their team!”

“This review is specifically for the **Round Rock location of Central Texas Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital**.
When Beau’s soft tissue sarcoma returned aggressively and required a leg amputation, I was heartbroken and extremely anxious. Sammy, Dr. Matthew O’Donnell, and the entire Round Rock team treated Beau and me with incredible kindness and compassion. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and helped me through an overwhelmingly sad and stressful situation.
Knowing Beau’s surgery was being performed by a board-certified veterinary specialist and that the hospital provided around-the-clock care, emergency resources, and overnight monitoring gave me the reassurance I desperately needed.
Another facility offered a much lower price, but it did not have blood products available or overnight hospital care. Looking back, I truly believe choosing CTVSEH Round Rock saved Beau’s life. He received the specialized care and close monitoring he needed, and he is now home and recovering.
I will always be grateful to Sammy, Dr. O’Donnell, and the entire Round Rock hospital team for taking such wonderful care of Beau. I only wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend this hospital to any pet parent facing a serious or emergency situation.”

Bunny was exceptionally kind and compassionate when I called and then brought him to them. I was in shock and she knew exactly what to say to comfort me in that moment!
