“The staff is amazing and so friendly! From the front desk staff to the vets and vet techs! I’m always so stressed and nervous when I take my cats to the vet because they hate going but the vet and vet techs did an incredible job of making my babies feel safe and loved. Their bed side manner is on point!! You’d be surprised at how many vets don’t care about that and are strictly business. They provide treats for your fur baby and are sweet and gentle. They also accept care credit which makes payment so much easier. My cats were worn out this morning and let me sleep in for the first time in a while lol. I highly recommend!!! “A few weeks ago, I endured every pet owner's nightmare, having to put down my dog. His condition deteriorated rapidly over the weekend. I already had his primary care vet schedule the following Tuesday, but had to bring him in on a Sunday evening, when my vet was closed. CTVSEH was able to take him and run some initial tests. They even had specialists that could diagnose further, but were very upfront about the costs. It was a grim and inevitable conclusion with or without the diagnoses and I had to put him down. Sunday was the last day I ever had him at home, but I felt reassured leaving him at CTVSEH knowing that the staff was keeping him comfortable and well-fed, beyond what I could do for him.My group of friends accompanied me to say our farewells and they were able to arrange the process to support a group of 15 people coming in. They explained the process to us and gave us all the time we needed to carry on.I'm still reeling from the events that took place, but this hospital really eased what was a devastating moment and I'm thankful for the care and consideration they showed my dog in his last days. You could feel there was an atmosphere of compassion here.”

“My bird (Green Cheek Conure) got a rope all wrapped around his neck, and I rushed him there when I realized it was too hard and dangerous for me to remove. I rushed in the door and within 30 seconds he was handed off and into the back. Before I could finish giving his and my info, he was back out and just fine. It was super scary but without hesitation they rushed him back and saved him. I am super grateful. They didn’t even charge me, although I know that’s not the norm! I’m so happy they were nearby and ready to jump into action.”
