“Dr.Gudipally always took excellent care of my dog Bruno, him and his staff were always very attentive to my concerns and always treated Bruno very well. Usually could get same day appointments when I called, especially if it was an unexpected and urgent need they could squeeze me in here or in the Hutto location if need be.
Sadly Bruno’s condition deteriorated faster than anticipated and I had to euthanize him.
I always told myself I would do at home euthanasia but I wouldn’t have been able to get an appointment with the at home companies for 2-3 days and opted to do it in office here rather than make my dog suffer more, the staff made it as dignified as could possibly be expected and were kind and empathetic the whole time.
I’m not sure when I will get another dog, maybe when I complete my degree, but when I do I won’t hesitate to bring them to Pflugerville Animal Hospital. Thanks so much for all the great care y’all gave to my best friend over the past few years, I really appreciate all you guys”

“I recently moved to Texas from Minnesota and I have been taking my 2 cats to the same vet for quite a few years and it was nervous that it would be hard to find someone who would compare because they were so so good to my babies. All of the good reviews led me to White Rock and I can see why they have so many! Such a wonderful first impression, from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet himself. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and so very sweet to my boys. The vet and tech were so informative and were happy to answer all of my questions, were very thorough and they had a good sense of humor which always helps as vet visits can be stressful! My cats were very comfortable with the staff which made me so happy and feel so at ease. I'm so glad I found this clinic ?”
