“100% would recommend to friends and family and will be returning!!! After inheriting a family ring from my grandmother a few months ago, I decided it was finally worth taking the risk of getting it resized instead of taking the chance of losing it. This was obviously super nerve-wrecking since the ring is decades older than I am, but when I walked into Casavante and told them I wanted to get a ring resized, TK immediately knew what size my ring was and what size I needed just by looking at the ring on my finger. After that, I knew my ring was in safe hands and left it with them to resize. When it was finished, the owner actually had a family emergency and had to leave the store, so I was not able to pick it up that day. He went above and beyond, offering to hand deliver it to me to make up for this (which I declined because he obviously had more important things going on) but the sentiment and kindness did not go unappreciated. I picked up my ring a few minutes ago and it is absolutely perfect - I am about to move cities and will be driving back to Austin to come here again if I ever need anything.”

“I have purchased multiple rings and one pair of earrings from this location. I was driving today and noticed that one of diamonds on my anniversary ring was missing. I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it.
He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK.

“I sent a bag in to sell recently that I purchased from Fashionphile in February 2023. I just received an email saying my bag is fake!!! Now I have to pay $75 to get my apparently fake bag back from them when the irony is I literally bought the bag from the less than 2 years ago. This company has no integrity and clearly don’t always authentic bags if they sold me a fake! I will never ever purchase from them again and I will be sure to let all of my friends know what a trash company this is. Cannot be trusted that you aren’t buying a fake bag.
Edit: Edit: After further investigation and speaking with Fashionphile, they did honor their lifetime authenticity guarantee and issued me a full refund for the purse I purchased from them, as well as a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. I am highly pleased with this outcome of course and in which the swiftness of the decision was made.
Unfortunately I have lost trust in high end luxury goods, but my experience with Fashionphile ended up being positive.”
