“Thank you, Kristina! I wasn't even remotely prepared for the experience we had this morning. My son found one of my old watches with "bling" and asked me if he could have it. This watch is 20 years old, lol. We took it on for a tune-up and a new battery and they were happy to help. While we waited, my son and O walked around looking at all the gorgeous pieces. They have classic designs, fine stones and metals, and even estate collections sold by the gram. Kristina came over and offered my son a drink (juices, water, etc) and then she offered me a Mimosa! Yes, please!! My son asked her how much a real pearl was and she walked us right over to talk about freshwater pearls and their value. After that, she was excited to show him all about diamonds. He got to learn about how they are millions of years old and how to handle them carefully as well as showing him the difference in clarity. I was SO impressed by the service. We took our time to look at all the wonderful pieces. If you're a peridot birth stone like me and have been avoiding it all these years? You'll reconsider when you see the rings and pendants they've got just begging to show you off. Kristina helped me out by making my wishlist to make shopping easier for my husband and I'm feeling hopeful! They will do custom designs and can turn your loose jewels into beautiful earrings - not held to a stud design! She makes really fun dangly earring that will take your casual look up a notch for sure. Have fun & be fabulous! They've got something for everyone! And a great selection of Rolex too.”

“They repaired and refurbished my 110 year old wedding ring (belonged to my husbands great-grandmother). The ring had eroded and the prongs that held the diamond inplace were breaking off from old age. We were told by another jewelry that it was unrepairable as any repairs would break the diamond. Because I was fearful of the diamond falling out, I stopped wearing it. We gave it another shot and called Casavente to see if they would be able to repair it. We were told that the ring was totally fixable and while it wouldn't be easy, they saw no reason as to why it couldn't be worked on. They did a FABULOUS job! Despite the ring being over a century old, my ring looks brand new and I am so happy to be able to wear it again! Thank you, thank you, thank you for restoring this heirloom. Because of Casavente, my hope has been restored in being able to pass it down to my son or daughter!”
