I was so heartbroken and frantic when I called Helzberg and spoke to Mr. Jairo. He was really patient with me because I was losing it.
He told me to bring the ring in and they were took a look at my warranties and see what they could do. Bless this man because he was able to look at my information and tell me that everything was going to be OK.
